And I could see the smiles all around

People want positive energy (or love) and are getting tired of everything else. Interestingly when I spoke on “Spirituality & Personal Branding” at Ananda Spa in the Himalayas, CIOs took more interest in spirituality and less in reputation management. Surprisingly the three things which they liked most about my presentation were:- a) How meditation helps us in getting inspira tion and how it can bring out inner greatness and passion? b) The power of storytelling as a self-expression tool. c) The humour (with a serious touch) in my presentation got a warm response. I said in the very beginning, “ Some inspiration comes from my friends, some of it comes from divine. Some inspiration comes from the inspiration (muse), There is nothing I can claim to be mine. Hence no copyright deserved. ” And I could see the smiles all around. To add to the beautiful experience of Ananda, a CIO stood up and gave a standing ovation. And words cannot express beyond a point...

Let me share my story and its major milestones. It shook me up An incident happened in my life, which made me feel as powerless as a speck of dust. And during the search for an answer, I stumbled upon, “The Power of One.” I began to realize the power of one and wanted to inspire others too.  I was living an ordinary life until I was introduced to the science of meditation. In the rat race, I had lost my creativity and began to regain it (by meditation). What followed thereafter resulted in social media success and a discovery of a formula. Finding my direction Social Media Mega Success = Mindful Content + Passionate Engagement + Heartfelt Collaboration How I created this formula is an interesting story in ...

Indians Embrace Personal Branding But Don't Hug it Tightly Yet

Image
Indians are clinging to their cultural roots and community-centric attitudes in spite of a fast changing society. The joke doing the rounds is that, “Indians don’t talk about sex, now they are opening up to talking lovemaking. Indians don’t talk about personal branding, now they are opening up to storytelling (for inspiring others & branding as a byproduct). There are pioneers and thought leaders (esp knowledgepreneurs & CEOs/CXOs) who are adopting social media for personal branding and demonstrating their passion.
