Personal Qualities of a Hero

We met many of Avdhesh’s colleagues and friends and the phrases which were often used to describe him included high ethics, customer sensitive, disciplined and a professional who values commitments. He is also believed to take keen interest to understand customer expectations and leaves no stones unturned in giving innovative touch to make customers experiences memorable.

Avdhesh is always taking initiatives to interact with the academicia and students. In 2011, on the occasion of Earth Day, Earth Infrastructures Limited (EIL) and Amity School of Urban Management (ASUM) entered into a Knowledge Partnership, to work towards collaborative initiatives promoting Green concepts in real estate projects.

While Avdhesh goes all green, competitors go green with envy

Avdhesh pointed out, “We are one of the pioneers of ‘Green concept’ in Delhi-NCR through various green projects in Gurgaon, Noida and Greater Noida. And the tie up with Amity School of Urban Management is intended to promote our vision to "Build green as a culture"”.

As we researched about his organisation, we found out, all the projects of his organisation are inspired by the elements of nature and thus prove that Avdhesh surely walks the talk. All the projects by Earth Infrastructure are also Leed Certified. Leed certification is considered a land mark for an Eco friendly design and construction.

The green and eco friendly constructions are at par with the best in the world and the flagship project Earth Sapphire Court is a green office space with a unique feature of plug and play. 

Avdhesh loves transparency and so does his organisation ‘Earth’. Unlike some other real estate companies, Earth Infrastructure supports the government’s move to bring in a real estate regulator which would immensely benefit consumers by bringing transparency in property transactions. 

Walking the Talk

A man connected with the ground realities and down to earth, Avdhesh is very humble and simple. he shared, “Global warming is a matter of grave concern and customers also should prefer the green building projects as it gives them a healthy and eco-friendly environment, apart from saving on their electricity and water bills.”

We also came to know that even under IQ Gains, many social initiatives like green plantation drive, conducting workshops for green awareness, organizing seminars for conserving our mother earth are being undertaken on regular basis.

To emphasize green living spaces, he takes a personal interest in ensuring planting of trees in the surrounding areas of project sites which may extend to a few kilometers. 

Awards are but natural

Avdhesh personally received “Meri Dilli Award” in realty segment for trusted performance in the year 2010, in Delhi NCR from then Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Institute of Economic Studies (IES), has recognized the excellence of ‘Earth’ and presented ‘Most Innovative Developer award 2010’ to EIL in the field of Green Building which was personally received by him in Thailand. 

When we asked Avdhesh for a message for our readers, he shared, “Lets Fill the Seven Rainbow Colours of Trust, Commitment, Ethics, Innovation, Integrity, Customer Satisfaction and Professionalism in Real Estate Industry. “ He also summed up his approach as an equation,
