Understanding Energy for an Energetic 2013

Dear Reader,

 Warm Greetings!!!

I hope you had a wonderful 2012 with its shares of victories and challenges. I posted on Facebook once, “Gratitude is positive energy, Grudge is negative. Forgiveness is positive energy, Hatred is negative. Compassion is positive energy, Anger is negative. Keep the precious positive energy, Let go the negative.” 

Here is a superb song full of positive and affectionate energy to cheer you up:- 





People can bring both positive and negative energy in our lives. When they bring negative energy, either our positive energy should be stronger than their energy or we need to stay away as much as possible (if you have time and compassion, guide them about the importance of energy). 

 On the other hand some people can come with such powerful positive energy in your life- as if reverse hurricanes. They can put everything back in order which had been destroyed and thrown around. 


It is easy to manipulate the language or words, difficult to manipulate body language, but impossible to manipulate the energy language that we send. Let us all be conscious whether we are sending positive or negative energy around us. Probably the most important lesson I have learnt in 2012 is energy management or "Words (and thoughts) carry our energy and affectionate-loving words carry amazing energy." 


Someone has rightly said, “It is only if every day is a master stroke, that your life becomes a masterpiece.'' To understand ourselves and become more productive, we must start the day with half an hour of silence. Dedicate five minutes each to reflect upon yesterday (mistakes), today (plans) and tomorrow (priorities). Dedicate fifteen minutes either to a gratitude prayer or simply enjoy silence. 

May you be surrounded by immensely positive and affectionate people in the New Year. May each day in 2013 be your master stroke and may 2013 bring everything to your life that you desire, need and deserve. May you discover your deep passion which provides you with boundless energy.
