She was a little sage indeed. ---------------------- “I am Serendipity” “Ms Wisdom, where do I find serendipity?” he asked her. “Chant the mantra, ‘I am serendipity’ and become serendipity in someone’s life. And then”, she paused. “And then what?” he was bit by the curiosity bug. “And then watch the dance of the Universe. Watch the flow of serendipity”, she smiled her mystical smile once again. --------------------- “A Quantum Leap” “Enough of step by step progress. I wish to take a quantum leap now”, he told the little sage. “I always take quantum leaps. And the Universe too leaps by my side matching my rhythm”, she answered and then jumped. She was a Zen story. She was a beautiful Zen story. -------------------------- “T

Interview with Meenu Mehrotra, Relationship Coach

Image
Meenu Mehrotra is a Relationship Coach. Her coaching style is based on empowering souls to grow & deepen enriching relationships with self & others. She is based in Gurgaon, India.  Dr Amit Nagpal-How can a person improve his or her intuition? Meenu Mehrotra - Intuition is NOT a gift as perceived by most. It is an inner guidance system which all of us are blessed with but it has to be used to be made strong- just like any other muscle in the body. The best way to improve intuition is to start listening to your inner voice and act on it, even if it defies logic and reasoning. Intellect has no role here. It’s all about being still and listening to that small, feeble voice that guides you to act in a particular way all the time. Intuition is a whisper and to hear it, one has to go within and be in silence. Meditation is a great tool to be more intuitive. Being mindful is another powerful tool to strengthen one’s intuition. Just being aware of what’s going on inside and outside

Dr Uttara Pattanaik on Digital Mindset Digital mindset it a set of behavioral and attitudinal patterns which are purpose and value driven, connect people and aim for excellence. The digital transformation calls for a culture that is based on equanimity, collaborative & co-operative approach, open mindedness, gratitude, trust and appreciation.    Defining values and role modelling the same in a consistent manner will build trust, ownership and allow people to walk the extra mile to make the transformation successful.     (Dr Uttara Pattanaik speaking on Digital Mindset at Digital Transformation in Context of New India -The Summit held at NDIM, New Delhi) In a digital transformation initiative, while technology is the key enabler, the actual critical success factor is culture.   It is all about people’s mindset and behaviour.  This must be led from top, enabled by HR and constantly reinforced by leadership behavior.  Continuous communication at all levels is
